Yes, our home sleep test can generally be used by individuals with other medical conditions. However, there are certain medical conditions such as chronic congestive heart failure, persistent atrial fibrillation, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), chronic hypoxic respiratory failure, recent stroke (within 6 months) and long term opioid use where home sleep testing is not recommended. Patients with these medical conditions require an overnight polysomnogram (PSG). We recommend consulting with your physician if you have concerns.
