You will need a smartphone to download the app which integrates with the study. Run the study for one night and sleep as you would normally. Instructions are included in the testing kit and can also be found in the email sent to you. It is advisable to obtain at least 6 hours of sleep

After test completion you will be informed when to discard the testing kit. The device can be disposed at a recycling center or mailed to the WatchPAT One Green program.

Expect a comprehensive diagnostic report within 72 hours. Additional copies of your results will be sent to your primary or referring physician.
