Privacy policy

Complete Sleep collects as little as possible. This page explains what is collected, why, and your choices.

What we collect

If you contact us, we receive the details you send (typically your name, email address, and message) and use them only to reply.

Our self-assessment tools, including the STOP-Bang self-check, run entirely in your browser. Your answers are not stored, transmitted, or shared.

Server logs may record standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested, used for security and to keep the site working.

Analytics and cookies

Complete Sleep does not use an analytics service and does not set tracking or advertising cookies. The one thing the site stores in your browser is your last choice in the “How did you sleep last night?” section on the home page, kept in your browser’s own local storage so the page can remember it; it is never sent to us and you can clear it by clearing your browser data.

If we ever add analytics, this section will be updated first, and any tool we use will be configured without cross-site tracking.

How long we keep information

Contact messages are kept only as long as needed to respond and for a reasonable period afterwards for record-keeping.

Your choices

You can contact us to ask what information we hold about you, or to ask for it to be corrected or deleted.
